You know you want to make an online course or offer an online product, but you don't know how to price it. Should it be available for $10 or $10,000? Going too high could drive your audience away, but going too low could mean leaving a bunch of money on the table.

In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Greg Rollett explains the two factors you need to consider when determining your own price point.

First, what are your competitors within the industry charging? Looking at similar courses or products can help you determine what customers are willing to pay for a given product or advice on a given topic.

Second, you need to know how much you expect to make from your offering. Are you willing to go for a home run, hoping five people sign up for a $10,000 course? Or, do you want something more available and consistent?
