Last month at startup accelerator Techstars' New York City office, seven brave founders or founder teams got up in front of a 50-plus member audience and a panel of judges to pitch their companies.

The judges wereJay Levy, co-founder of Zelkova Ventures; KJ Singh, director ofTechstarsNYC; Jason Saltzman, co-founder of the co-working spaceAlleyNYC; and Ray Hennessey,狗万官方's editorial director. After each presentation, the panel was given the opportunity to ask two or three questions.
