- Lack of clearly defined goals.In the face of unclear timelines and expectations, any well-intentioned goal has no chance. Make sure your goals are thoughtful and measured against some sort of timely deadline.
- No accountability partner.Without an individual to keep you focused and striving, your goals will fall to the wayside. Consider reaching out to a trusted friend, mentor or hired coach to help you stay productive.
