At theSharjah Entrepreneurship Festival 2018's Startup Town, which showcased more than 70 startups,Entrepreneur Middle Eastchatted with Noora Saleh Al-Askar, founder and CEO ofNutribox, a healthy living app guiding the Arab world on how to lead a healthy life, starting with consulting with a personal nutritionaist at the touch of a button.Advising other entrepreneurs,Al-Askar asserted the importance of persevering through one's struggles. "If you see an opportunity, don't let bigger players intimidate you," she says. "If you can solve that problem better, and you truly believe in it, go for it."
Organized bySharjah Entrepreneurship Center, Sheraa, the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SharjahEF) 2018 gathered more than 3,000 attendees consisting of youth, entrepreneurs, government partners, investors and industry veterans. The two-day event featured more than 100 prominent local, regional and international speakers.
