Sorensen's was the firstinsulating jacket on the market, and his first customer was CoffeePeople, a small chain of coffee shops in Portland, Oregon. ThoughStarbucks uses another type of insulating sleeve made by acompetitor, Sorensen's Java Jacket continues to dominate themarket.
