There is no magic bullet when it comes toconnecting with your customers在网上,但你nderstanding theirsocial mediahabits is a good place to start. According to a recent study from the Pew Research Center, 81 percent of teens and 72 percent of adults are active on social media. While that's a sizeable audience, the two age groups use each network differently.

Their research found that both groups use Facebook the most -- 94 percent of teens and 67 percent of adults. However, adults are Pinning and Instagramming more while teens are more active on Twitter.
