If you are the one in charge of running a project or a team, know you that you cannot spread yourself too thin. Moreover, if you are in charge of a team, know that you are in charge of empowering people. Empowering people, Phillips points out, is making others feel stronger and more confident in themselves.

Moreover, consider streamlining your training tactics. If you want to get the results you want to see, your best bet is to start tailoring your training. Do not leave your employees to their own devices, unless you want to invite chaos.

From there, concentrate on communication. This can include communicating your overall vision, so your employees are aware of what you expect of them. In terms of communication, do not neglect the effectiveness of multiple channels. Even as mistakes happen, you should let failure motivate you to keep training and communicating as a leader.
