3 Ways to Boost Your Business ConfidenceWhile we all have different management styles, a savvy entrepreneur knows that confidence is the way to success.

ByNina Zipkin

Raising money, cultivating customers and hiring a team -- it all requires self-assured leadership in the face of pressure. We all have different management styles, and it's easy to feel like you have no idea what you've gotten yourself into when starting a new company -- but here are three things you can do to build your confidence.

1. Be ready for anything.Do your research, take good notes and be prepared to answer any question that's thrown your way, whether you're pitching to investors or rallying your team.

2. Visualize your goal.Step back, find a calm place and take a minute to imagine what it would be like to land that client or close the deal. Let that drive you towards a successful outcome.

3. Put your best fashion foot forward.Assemble a wardrobe that makes you feel like you can take on the world. It doesn't have to be expensive or designer (although you might want to invest in an iron). Your clothes should fit well and project the image that you want.
