New Vet Franchising Scholarship Formed<b></b>

West Hartford, Connecticut-Franchise consultingfirm Michael H. Seid and Associates LLC (MSA) announced that itsigned an agreement with the International Franchise AssociationEducation Foundation to establish the Michael H. Seid andAssociates Veterans Scholarship Fund.

The Michael H. Seid and Associates Veterans Scholarship will beawarded annually, beginning in 2004, to U.S. Military veteransenrolled in an entrepreneurial course of study at an accreditedcollege or university. Scholarship recipients will be required toapply the money toward tuition and fees. The IFA EducationalFoundation will develop the general eligibility criteria for theMichael H. Seid and Associates Veterans Scholarship and beresponsible for the selection process associated with awarding thescholarship.
