Josh Tetrick co-foundedJustin 2011 with the goal of eliminating eggs from the food system. The company's first products were plant-based mayonnaise and salad dressings, and it recently introduced an egg replacement made of beans. Just is also working on lab-made chicken meat, meaning no animals had to be killed in the process. The company has raised more than $200 million over the past eight years, and executives are reportedly considering an IPO.
